The Forwarder gave me wrong dimensions and Weight of my cartons, One of the carton is only 0.6 kg while they charged me 11 Kg.They did it by purpose to charge me more money otherwise this carton is not needed at all.there were only 4 small items in this small carton which could be placed in the big carton without any issue.They mislead me by not showing the actual carton and just dispatched it and sent me the above picture in which it is mentioned that the carton is 11kg while it is only 0.6 Kg. Also they removed plastic wrapping from one of my product as you can see in the attached screen shot, I told them not to open the product packing.While they are lying that I told them not to open the Carton.

I have been restocking my business for a relaunch following the Covid catastrophe. I found Alibaba through a google search and decided to give it a go. It was a bit confusing for me at first because I was given so many vendors to choose from that could custom make my product. I finally selected a vendor to work with, and all I can say is the service he provides is excellent. I am beyond happy with the way business has been conducted from start to finish.
When ordering through Alibaba you know that the transaction is safe and secure and that the sellers are all verified and your purchase is covered in case of any issues. Superfast delivery times are also guaranteed and I have had nothing but excellent service.
Purchased refillable ink cartridge chips for the second time through Alibaba. The vendor was extremely communicative and helpful. The shipping was actually faster from China than some orders I have received from the US. Great experience!

I paid VAT to Alibaba and had to pay VAT when I declared again! Alibaba did not provide an IOSS number to declare. And the help center only responds with automated questions! I filled out the tax refund according to the requirements and it was rejected! My advice to private individuals is not to buy! Because you pay double VAT all the time! And you won't get help later!

I used Alibaba several times as a platform to connect with buyers, Ive been ripped of twice for thousands of dollars. Alibaba offers a complaint form. It requires you to upload documents to prove your case. Then it goes under review, I uploaded all required documents several times upon their request. These documents was proof that the buyers did not plan to produce the products and they stated they will not refund the money for the deposit required. Alibaba closed both cases stating they did not receive ANY documents what so ever. They do not have any type of contact info to reach out to them, There CROOKS! BUYER BEWARE!
Great doing business through Alibaba very simple and great suppliers that knows there products the shipping could be better but I guess that is not on them, Also the chemical products could be cheaper but I that also I assume has nothing to do with Alibaba great place to do business with. Thanks
