The payment process is less smooth compare with others (link me to the right suppliers, provide efficient platform to communicate, provide trustful insurance to protect transactions, etc. I can not use my USD credit card from Canada and end up with using my CAD credit card to pay. The exchange rate is not that good, which is understandable.
Some supplier sales are tricky such as, (1) sent other model that is is not on the deal, (2) send other brand and do not responsible when the machine is not working said "The product is no longer in production, since we've just purchase it for 3 months only". Alibaba should solve this problem seriously.
My experience with the platform has been great, i understand and know there could always be improvement and i will suggest mine in the correct format at correct time, However this review is for the Alibaba Service and it is getting better all the time and i have no doubt it will just get better.
Service with client and supplier is good in that Alibaba want both to be a success, WIN-WIN for both even when thing go sour they keep the process moving along to obtain a compromise.
