Alibaba as a whole is awesome however they need to make it so people can buy from sellers without being bombarded with messages from sellers they did not contact. The sellers need to put the actual price the items they are selling the item for. The customer should be able to add an item to the cart and pay for it when ready. This will prevent the sellers from ripping buyers off by offering one person a higher price than another. If they would do this I would buy allot more because one thing I hate is being spammed by sellers I did not contact.

I began my Alibaba experience in the last week of August 2019. I was looking for a manufacturer for a medallion which may be used as a lapel pin, or as a Keychain or as a simple collectible item. Alibaba provided me a platform to Request Quotes from hundreds of prospective suppliers without the need for me to conduct any background searches, nor create any database of contact information for prospective suppliers. In response to my RFQ [Request For Quotes] I received inquiries from about 12-15 interested suppliers. While responding to the numerous supplier inquiries, three suppliers stood out as most interested, and most capable of satisfying my needs. I was able to complete small sample orders with all three suppliers and am preparing to place larger orders for retail market inventory in the coming months based on the quality of work provided by these 3 suppliers.
Exactly what I expected. This is a R+D project. I would also like to get information on a linear actuator with a 5000 newton load rating with a travel length of 150 mm 12 volt DC. The unit needs to be as short as possible when retracted. Approximate extension speed 5 mm per second.
