I was looking for a specific product when I found a supplier from Alibaba selling it. At first, I was a bit skeptical seeing as though there are many sites out there that are scams, but I have heard of Alibaba being one of the largest trade websites in the eastern hemisphere (I live in the US, so we usually stick with Ebay or Amazon), so I decided to give it a try. Like any trade website, you do have to be careful of misleading sellers, but with my purchase, I was provided helpful information and service! Something I did not feel comfortable with was that Alibaba does not offer PayPal payment, but they do offer TradeAssurance, which is a form of buyer/seller protection, among other ways to verify that the seller/company is legitimate. Overall, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase/sell in wholesale!

They are very professional and I am a little sad for the bad reviews, since if you have a bad experience on Alibaba that is most likely due to third party companies. You need to open your eyes and choose to work with most professional companies there (as everywhere), however Alibaba itself is an amazing experience.
Alibaba gives opportunity to communicate, bargain and compare prices products without meeting supplies face-to-face. That saves lot of time money. In that way it is easier for small companies and startups to deal with giants thousands of kilometers away.
