It' very convenient business if your buy is on most bulk, the answers get some delay due to the difference continent and time, othere than that it's just fine, also the most inconvenient thing is there is No customer Service you talk to only online, so you have to deal with it.

Alibaba is the centre of Business, I have been buying machines and equipment through alibaba for 8 years and I have not set foot in China, The site is awesome and disputes get resolved within days..
I ordered a simple piston filling machine. The paiment were done thru on Alibaba webpage, what I feel confortable and safe.
But when I sent the amout to the suplier, Alibaba charged me some money transaction fee. First it was quiet big amount I think.
The problem is there is no documentation about this fee! How can I put it in book keeping? It will be a problem for me for TAX office.
The price of the pen I ordered is different to the manufacturer's charged on the Alibaba.com. However I am happy with the product.
