El equipo parece muy bueno pero por falta de papel de etiquetas que no me lo envio no lo puedo probar y no se hasta cuando probar. Aunque compre por separado pero no llego. Eso significa mas costo de servicios de aduana, costos de envio transporte interno. Por mala comunicacion como consecuencia elevado costo por un solo equipo. Despues de compra fue perdido demasiado tiempo.

Alibaba can be difficult to understand & hard navigate the website. I took be several times playing around. Alot of trial & error to find what I was looking for. I have placed a few orders from the website, and I am still trying to figure out how to find what I want and how to get it. My best advice its play around, don't purchase from the 1st vendor you find, pay very close attention to the descriptions. Ask lots of questions no matter how small or silly think it might be and be super patient for a reply!

Their trade "assurance" is a joke, it doesn't assure anything except being a huge pain and refunding only 10% of a $6000 order. I will absolutely never ever be using Alibaba ever again and will shout the horrors of this experience to everyone I know, every social media account I can get a hold of, and every review site known to man. I've lost a total of $10,000 on this ordeal and as far as I'm concerned they can go kick rocks.

Since first use this machine has given varying weight output of my product.
In the process of filling my product and whilst talking online with the supplier agent, wires in the machine began to smell very badly...from previous electronics experience this indicates something is overheating and burning out. Although I have chosen not to dismantle the machine I suspect that the motor could be burning out.
To my requests for assistance the supplier assistant will not reply.
My request for a full refund by the supplier has been refused, so I have approached Paypal to their assistance..

Awful customer service, I trusted Alibaba due to its trade assurance claims.
As it turned out the system is flawed and in my case I couldn't apply for a claim for my faulty and damaged products as their claim form did not recognise my bank, when raised they wasted my time until the due date had past, wouldn't recommend, false claims and bad Customer service
