Je suis satifait du systeme de vente de alibaba. Plusieur vendeur sont reactif, les produits sont conforment a la description et je n'ai jamais ete decu de mes achats. Toutefois, il y a des vendeurs, surtout sur les produit couteux genre tracteur, automobile et autre, qui sont proche de l'arnaque et ne veulent pas continuer le processus de commande si l'achat se fait via alipay. Or, c'est le seul systeme a mon avis qui me protege d'une eventuelle arnaque. C'est pour cela que depuis un moment je n'arrive pas a acheter un tracteur ou du materiel agricole, sur 15 prospects que j'ai eu seul 02 acceptent le paiement par alipay, le reste veulent du western union, qui, a mon avis est une arnaque dont j'ai ete victime en 2018 sur alibaba.

The amount of suppliers here are insane! You can find anyone making anything as well as providing extra services such as personalising as per your company's design, or just bulk ordering. This being China though, the delivery charges and times can be a bit much when you are looking for a bit smaller quantity.

This is a scam. They had no problem taking my money then they emailed me saying the shipping was more than they charged me, they wanted me to send them more money at this point I was unsure if this was a scam so I was hesitant to send them more money, then they said they were out of stock (any honest business would not charge you and give you a delivery date until they know they have the product) and they couldn't return my money because the transaction had already cleared?, which makes no sense to me?
