Very helpful and easy to communicate with> i am always happy with the service and products I purchase.

It can take a while to navigate the website and find the right company. THe messaging system isn't perfect either but once you find some companies you like the sound of, you can talk to them and get any paperwork etc needed. I'll defo be buying more items.
In an ideal world I woudl travel to the company and do more due diligence but without Alibaba, I wouldn't even have a chance to buy any of these items.
