I got good but also less good things. The good ones is, the sourcing and the review´s which give me some kind of security. The bad thing is, all the prices mentioned from suppliers are just jokes, and you finally get mostly higher prices once contacted. 2nd less good issue is, the inspection service from Bureau Veritas. I purchased a higher priced machine and hired Bureau Veritas by ALIBABA. I Paid 118USD and they was not willing to check if all documents needed was with the machine in original. If documents are in original following the machine, is key for import! Alibaba is not taking care about it, and explained this is not a part of service, and is mixing up cheap and high priced products inspections all together. I understand this can not be done for 1USD products, but for 10k products this should be mandatory!
This was just 5 different documents, they needed even not to read, but just see if they was there. So finally I declined to use this service, and felt Alibaba is not too much interested to solve my problem.
What is bother me too is that there are two messaging services. One the messages, and one the chats. Sometimes I discovered the messages was hidden in the chats but are not in the messages. If I would not know Alibaba is one of the biggest companies worldwide, I would not insist to have it better, but knowing the money Alibaba has, it is worth to spend a bit more money in own system to make clients happy.
