Nancy Sun from Shenzhen Maike scooters was absolutely outstanding with the service she rendered. Always willing to help and she will resolve a problem in minutes. It was my first import and to bring things into New Zealand is quite a mission but with Nancy's help and support everything went smooth with no hassle. I bothered her so much with questions etc and she never got impatient and always made me feel as if I was the only customer.
Regarding the product - I had the TNE Promotheus scooter (3600 w) which I thought was really good and fast and recently I bought the TNE Creator plus(top of the TNE range) for my wife, they are good and fast but not close to the quality, speed, robust built of the MAIKE 5000 W. The Maike's construction is much stronger and the off road capabilities is unbelievable, and quiet. I had a few scooters already but none can compare with the Maike 5000W. The Nanrobot LS7 cant catch me with pull away and top speed! Maike is the best scooter on the market for sure!
