Trade Assurance FAIL
There's no any trade assurance. They are using this term only to market their product and entice more buyers.
3 weeks ago I bought 2000 ring+necklace and paid 2200USD.
The seller sent me completely different stuff like bitcoin coins and boxes and other kind of rings. See the attached images.
Alibaba Trade assurance didn't help me and now is telling me to contact INTERPOL?
They are biased and opinionated and protecting their own sellers.
My money is wasted and I also paid 1000Tax before I open the box and know what was actually inside.
NEVER TRUST EVER AGAIN.
Many supplier, easy to find items and suppliers.
But, still can't sure they are trader or factory.
And, prices on web page is little bit different with real price.
Alibaba service was OK. Aldough I am not so satisfied with supplier. The shoe sizing was different comparing with other suppliers. It´s one or two size smaller than regular ones.
Alibaba is an excellent source for finding products, manufacturers and suppliers with the added benefit of 'Trade Assurance'. This is a contract protecting both buyer and supplier rights during transaction and delivery, an invaluable peace of mind.

Endless amount of products but Alibaba.com fees are too high. Wish it was a little cheaper or maybe offer discount if you buy a lot from them
