As a procurement officer, I need a service like Alibaba. Alibaba not only makes it easy for me to find and manage suppliers, they help protect me from unscrupulous people out there who are not serious about business & long-term business relationships. Those who will send you a piece of junk while claiming it is new & original, perfect condition, etc. Those types play the numbers and don't care if you never purchase from them again, as they know there are plenty of fish to catch and time is on their side since there are no laws in China to keep people from scamming like they do.

I've dealt with Chinese companies before and usually it is fairly difficult and nerve racking - because of the language differences; however, communication with Jennifer Lee of AQUAPURE CN, LTD was exemplary and, above all, fast. Also, the transit time was phenomenal (if you've ever ordered through Chinese companies it can take weeks to get product). My order was placed on the 5th and received on the 13th. Wow... just... WOW!

I just wish that Alibaba was easier to use and that all of the companies listed by them had a direct ship feature as well as FOB pricing... Also, beware that even though you may put on the contract that you want the seller to handle everything from the factory to doorstep delivery, that the contract may come back as showing pickup at the factory (which is impossible for most people outside of China). Make sure you have clarification that they are in fact delivering to your doorstep if that is your desire.
