Be mindful of the quality of products know what you want request specs including video to have as proof just incase of any mishaps and speak regularly with the supplier. Do your homework, take measurements when necessary and always notify supplier of issues immediately, most do not want to refund and will offer initally minor resolution for example 10.00 refund for a 100.00 order of an item that is too small.

I have had an overall good experience so far. Although one order was supposed to be WiFi and wasn't. Alibaba did not help in this matter at all except to say that I had to deal with the seller myself. Did not satisfy my purchase. I would have had to spend more on my own to ship it back.

Ordering process is not user friendly... should be much easier to choose a product and order... also products listed prices are usually wrong and supplier tries to charge much more
