Product is good. Communication not so good. Once I pay for my order it seems hard to get a timely response to important questions, I lost a good customer and a good order because I could not show samples that were supposed to come with my order, this would not have happened if my messages were read and responded to in a timely manor. I was asked if I wanted to wait two more days so I could receive the samples which I replied yes to one hour later. However the company did not look for my answer and sent the order without the samples even though they gave me an option, communication is very important in business and as a CUSTOMER SPENDING MY MONEY I feel a company should go out of their way to make sure what is important to me is not taken lightly as I do for my customers. As of now I have concluded my business with this company. This could change if communication and customer care improves, the product is great but I need outstanding service to give my customer the same
I used to drop-ship 10yrs ago, when money was tight, now i find myself back and a time of need. Alibaba has come a long way. Everything about your interface is up to date, and very easy to use. Plus contacting and communicating with sellers is a lot easier now. Thank You Alibaba!

Overall, the transaction was successful and very satisfactory. However, when shipping the goods please do not include the shipment cost. Just declare what is the item's price. If ever you include the shipment price with the item/s you are going to purchase, this will become the basis in the charging of local tax. In terms of tax payment, Just let us pay what is really the price of the item/s. It's the consumers' welfare.
