From the moment I placed my purchase to 2 weeks after, this company has made sure I received my items on time. There was an issue with shipping (I didn't know) and Alibaba changed it to get to it to me faster with no charge to me. Amazing since my purchase was during Christmas time to Miami, FL. I Found the site easy to use and everyone I have came in contact with were polite, courteous and business oriented I have not experienced any negativity yet nor do I want to. I have read some of the other posts and sounds kind of scary. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope I do not run into any problems. The site seems a tad high on some products but most are very reasonable. If I had any say in it but I don't I would have the suppliers would wright a better description of the items they sale on most items there is no description at all.
