U deffinately need to do ur research with the companies. The only thing i wish is that if there were consequences for companies that fool you into ordering huge quantity based on the sample. And then t he product is not as remotely as good as the sample. I deffinately think alibaba should have an inspection on companies that fool ppl with there unsellable products. Because ppl invest all there money trusting that they will receive sellable items. And they do that to make more money. So it can be unfair sometimes when u invest ur time and money and effort in managing a product and then u realize that all ur efforts are gone to waste.
Our U.S.-based company needed to purchase three handheld PVC scanners and with Alibaba and I was able to reach out to a couple of reputable vendors/manufacturers. It was nice to receive answers to all my questions from the various vendors, and that helped me to choose the perfect vendor for us. Additionally, Alibaba made our purchase easy and secure. Once we paid for our items, we received them in 72 hours and in perfect condition. We plan to return to the Alibaba marketplace in the future.
Note: We deal with Chinese manufacturers on a daily basis. People who use Alibaba should be aware that this is truly a marketplace. There is no same day delivery and there will be a lag in communications due to time zone differences. Our day is their night, so be patient.
The Alibaba system made it easy to communicate with all the suppliers on design production and shipping. It was also easy yo arrange payments through Alibaba. I didn't need the Alibaba guarantee but it was nice to know it was there.

The best thing about alibaba is that just about all the things you can't find in a local store is available here. My experience so far with sellers are good service and straight and fair trade.
Drone takes very good quality pictures and video. Would recommend it to anyone. Very easy to fly. You will need xtra batteries due to only 6-8 minutes of flying time
