As a somewhat technologically challenged Dad, I had no problem once I had found the item I wished to purchase. Seller was helpful, polite and very professional.

But I was fortunate to find support staff named Kity Le. She was just fantastic at responding to me promptly and updated me about the order custom clearance and other details. I finally got the order here in California, and all the charger cables are in top-notch quality. Shipping came surprisingly fast with all the Coronavirus troubles going on world-wide.
