Great site for product sourcing and Alibaba is doing so much to make the site better. However, I believe more should be done to protect the buyer more. Maybe they should consider some of the measures put in place on Amazon and ebay.

At first it was a little intimidating, I thought that with my small order I would get ignored but the vendor was so quick and friendly to reply, I knew it was going to be OK. I love the fact that you can get the vendor to quote the order and write the order up so that the only thing you need to do is review it and provide your form of payment. My first time was a little intimidating but it ended up being so easy and painless.

Buying with Alibaba is simpel. The delivery of products is fast and correct. There are more makers of the same products, so you can easy compare them. Quality of the products I bought are good. The delivery in the Netherlands was fast (5 days!).

Good communication, fast delivery and good quality.
One more think is the cost delivery from factory to warehouse should like decrease price.

Good service at that but the way your payments go through is not the way the refund comes. It translates into weeks and more. Your inspection is another big joke since you dont send updates nor agree with supplier the keypoints of what you are to inspect. Your chat though effective is very hard to reach especially we are on different time zones

The VIRUS slowed the production and shipment BUT it was WORTH the wait. Precise production of every component.
