Taking 7 days to resolve issues concerning clients and suppliers is too long. I think the ideal tome time should be 48 hours. It is unfair to block your money and wait for 7 days for a supplier to answer your query.

Communication was pretty straight and order was placed quickly. The payment process was easy and the shipment was done within 2 weeks. The product has a CE label but not sure, if it can/could meet the EU standards. The product did not come with any specification or data sheet, but works as described in the offer.
