This site has everything you need, prices are competitive and some are cheap. When ordering from different sites, customer service helped a lot. But, i don't understand how can there still be companies with fake names or fake items that don't exist still selling in here at Alibaba. I just was scammed by a guy called christo chan, for $395 Dollars, he was selling nintendo switch at the Salty Rocks website. He said he works for salty rocks( company address in Canada)this was on 3/21/20. I did not get anything from him or Rocky Salts. And i payed with cash app because he said he does not accept credit card, only wanted a western union or cashapp payment. Unfortunately i did order outside Alibaba. That company should be ashame and christo chan also of doing this. Buyer beware, do more research or do business with companies that have 2 or more years selling and specially if they are a verified supplier. But this recent buy from Shantou Wiisun Electronic was great!(selling nintendo's)

Alibaba live chat agents are very helpful, payment is secure I got my refind in two days, which help me another product. I wish it could be transferable from one product to another product, I lost $100 as Alibaba charge me to process credit card payment but it was not refunded.
Although the website looks professional, the information provide per seller page needs to be accurate, right, correct etc. Price description on seller Alibaba page is sometime different from the quote they send you. I remembered to have taken a screenshot of the page sent it to seller, to highlight the price difference between what he was telling me and what written on his page. And his excuse was " Price on Alibaba page is not correct, sorry". The shipping process and offers need to be looked at.
