This was the only jewelry vendor out of many I used on Alibaba who actually had my entire order 100% correct. There were no missing pieces and all the colors and sizes were true to my original order. I'm very pleased.

Ik heb oordopjes van 18 euro besteld, helemaal niks ontvangen. Toen had ik gemaild, toen zijden ze dat de fout bij mij zit. Andere keer bescherming voor de scherm van mijn telefoon, ook helemaal niks ontvangen. Super slecht service. En als je iets te klachten hebt sturen ze helemaal niks, of reageren ze super dom. Helemaal niet blij met deze site.

So far so good all my transaction was managed sincerely. I am willing to use Alibaba express again and again

They facilitated the connection between the supplier and buyer and oversaw that all questions were responded to in a timely manner. The supplier was awesome as well. They ensured and provided reassurance that the product would be shipped and delivered in a timely manner. When delays occurred it was communicated. Of course delays do occur that is of no fault of the supplier. I will return to Alibaba for future purchases.
