I have ordered a bunch of stuff from Alibaba and the product quality I received is almost better than what I will receive from my own home country. What makes me super satisfied with Alibaba?

- The support is quick to respond
- Products at cheaper rates than my own hometown
- Plenty of suppliers and you can use RFQ to find suitable suppliers for your order
- Multiple payment methods and even multiple shipping options
- Faster delivery times

By far, I have had a superb experience with them and I'm really amazed to find this website that connects us to all the suppliers, would say 100/10

Alibaba provided rapid responses to my ITT and had a useful chat facility within the site. Was able to rapidly select the best supplier and track my delivery on the site, knowing that if dispatch was delayed or item was imperfect on arrival that compensation would be provided. Site fee for this insurance was $82 on $3400 deal so 2.5%. Exchange rate seemed reasonable.

Some really good manufacturers available. Good Services offered like Trade Assurance and Certifications from Alibaba to be able to find the reasonable Manufacturers.

It's friendly to communicate from sullpier and they provide very good service

I was very skeptical about my 1st purchase as so far I'm very satisfied in how the platform manages every sample transaction I've ordered from suppliers. I was kept up to date in regards to supplier quotes, leads, order status, shipping, tracking information and delivery notification.

I have been satisfied working with them. I love their client service, she always encourage me and supports me best.

I have used Alibaba a few times initial nerves when purchasing from China with no disrespect but suppliers are very professional provide good positive feedback when requested so very happy with deliveries to date. Had 1 issue with ordering mobile phone but that was partially on me and should have checked better what i was purchasing but apart from that absolutely no issues and will continue to use the service

Have had three issues with other sellers - and two filed for full refund and one partial refund. For full refunds (because sellers did not honour and keep to the agreed products), Alibaba refused to refund the transaction fee (which they claimed is like banking transaction). Banks have credited transaction fees when the deals fell through or refunds made, but Alibaba insisted that these are not refunded. Their policies of granting refund of transaction fees were listed and we do qualify for the refund of the transaction fees - which Alibaba refuses to acknowledge and refund. This is a scam and very disappointed also with the repeated same replies again and again, running away from their responsibility. Order No**************841 and **************841. There is no protection for the buyers and I am considering other platforms after delivery of my orders. Very Very Disappointed.

Could be lower prices for fast shippng and extra services. I think that's a Ripp-off thing. Other than that, every things great.

Great service from the seller. They understood that I needed these items for a certain date and we got them well within the date. Product was perfect
