I had a wonderful experience with the supplier I found on Alibaba. My complaint is NOT with the supplier but with the crazy shipping costs charged by Alibaba. Ottima compagnia che riesce ad avvicinare due poli lontani e mettere in contatto anche piccoli produttori e consumatori.
Very good experience with this platform. Only faced issue on order modification and cancellation, with this unnecessary process, lot's of money waste due to conversion and banks + Alibaba charges. I'll suggest that Alibaba should have wallet for buyers, money land on Alibaba user ID and we as buyer can use that money for other orders. If in any case we need to our money back we can withdraw.
