Great company for getting in contact with suppliers and manufacturers and vice versa. The communication is great. The web interface could do better in regards to searching for specific products. Wish there were more products available to order. Hoping a warning for customers looking to purchase would be made to never ever make transactions outside of Alibaba.
I recommend self-managing your requests for particular supplies and not allowing the request to be "broadcast" to all suppliers otherwise you are likely to be drowned in responses. I loved the neat responses of the supplier l used and this review does not apply to them at all! I just ended up with a deluge of messages from other suppliers. I'm also wary that some sites (not the one from which I purchased) include in their search words items that do not match the product in the photo. There's too much "catch-all" phrasing so my search for flame $#*!ant fabric mesh suitable for clothing would result in hits on metal and fibreglass insect mesh.

This is great if there are no issues with the products sold through Alibaba, but is if a product is wrong or defective it may cost more money to ship the item back than the item is worth. So it's a gamble, you have a chance of coming out ahead but if anything is bad you could loose a lot. Just like at Los Vegas, my advice is to not spend any money on this platform you can't afford to lose.
