Alibaba has given my business the opportunity to source product on a global scale. I tell people how remarkable the experience has been while dealing with Alibaba. For example, I was quoted approximately 30,000 USD for #2 Class II A2 Biosafety Cabinets from a USA company. I decided to look for the same Biosafety Cabinets on the Alibaba platform, and found a China manufacturer who had a warehouse and distribution site in California that was able to sell me a similar Biosafety Cabinet with the same specs for 11,000 USD landed including delivery to my facility. These kinds of savings are huge. Business owners need to understand how important Alibaba can be for there businesses. Anything from promotional items, to consumer goods Alibaba has helped me save over 50,000 USD year to date, because I was able to cut out the middle man. THANK YOU ALIBABA FOR MAKING MY BUSINESS BETTER!

It's one of the worst website I ever saw in my life, I placed my order and it took two months to get ready and They did not send me the order they just Send the sample, I tried to talk to Alibaba Insurance service and I showed them all the conversations and the evidence that I did not received my order and I asked them for a refund but they never gave me anything and they never tried to talk to the factory that I worked with and they said Sorry there's nothing we can do for you so I lost all my money no refund and I still haven't received my order they have a very very bad customer service there's no way to talk to them except chatting so if you lost your money you just lost them there's no one going to help you!

What a surprise! While the U.S. struggles with the coronavirus pandemic, I found relief - in China!

No company in the U.S. was willing to create products promoting my book Jew Flu: The Coronavirus Conspiracy. So I went to Alibaba and found companies in China that have more respect for free speech.

I'm also used a Chinese smartphone made by Huawei to take pictures for my book. Now that I have a WeChat account, I would like to try and get my book translated into Chinese.

Alibaba is a very professional website, and they are the best in marketing any product you can even imagine!

Alibaba is the perfect platform to buy any product you need, at a very competitive price; Although you need to do some in-depth research if you want to find a very professional and specialised seller in the industry that you are most interested.

I found excellent sellers that have been working in industries I am most interested in many many years, which makes them credible, professional and high-quality products.

It has its challenges, of course!

Long waiting for shipping, for example, unless using e-packet service or buy big quantity order where is very fast (within a week).

But for the competitive price that you find, especially if you just buy one or two things, I would be happy anyway to wait for a bit before receiving the product.
