Overall ok, however at this moment in time I am waiting for Alibaba to resolve the issue I have with one of their suppliers after speeding 18K USD for 1 time and the item received is faulty. I will come back here to edit the review after they will resolve this!

Fast shipment and very well packaged, instruction on putting it together did not came nor what are some extra pieces of where some fuses goes that came in extra in the box.

Alibaba just keeps getting better. I love the fact that you can research your suppliers and there are videos explaining what the supplier does. It's really good and well thought through. I would definitely use Alibaba again.

Their purchasing software and service are terrible. They don't return calls, send senseless form letters, and then when you finally succeed after using three banks, their next email tells you that the transaction failed. They never corrected this. They use DHL to ship (no choice), who did not notify me while the package was at U.S. Customs for 6 days! It almost got sent back. Meanwhile, AliBaba is telling you they released your funds to the merchant, with no place on the form to tell them to hold up.
It was a very nice experience with the supplier. Product is good quality. And the delivery very good time. I would do it again.

Takes about a month for you things to come in but its worth it, should look more into shipping sooner.
Many companies allow online sale of their products on the alibaba website, but when we purchase between 20-50 sample products with a credit card, they do not ship the products.
Currently, there are 4 orders that I paid for on Alibaba, but the companies are not sending.
Alibaba is super good, staying in the comfort of my home and buying things in China. One thing I love about Alibaba is the fact they try to keep everyone of their customer safe by introducting trade assuarance and alerting you to buy from sellers that are registered as trade assuarance. Customers are secured, this means a lot to me because I don't want to lose money.
We really like this trade. Responses to buyers are very responsive. Every time we make a purchase without any problems.

The supplier Grace is very nice and professional the deal goes very smooth even though small qty given. The dissapointment is when we tried to use our credit card for payment several times keeep failing... so we choose to pay by bank transfer with higher charges..
There service is excellent and there staff so helpful and friendly. I will recommend them to anyone. The quality of goods were very good and there pricing very good. They went the extra mile to cut production time where other Opposition lack this trade.
