Purchase from seller went very smoothly and quick. Response was fast and seller could explain the details.
Price was reasonable.
Shipping cost of unfortunately on the high side maybe due to Covid-19.
Maybe Alibaba may be able to work out with courier/ shipping companies on preference rates.

Alibaba is a place where you can still get quality and I will use it. I currently have one experience, but my desire is to get the most out of the alibaba.

I have doubts at the beginning however the seller was very helpful with all the process, I received my product from China to México in 15 days and everything was perfect. Definitively 100% recommend the platform. From Alibaba everything was fine, but of course the whole experience also will depend on the seller.

All silicon products are delivered in good quality. It was delivered on time. All questions were answered instantly by staff. I ordered a banana teether. It came in the same packaging with the same look product in the picture and the video. It is food graded silicone. I have tried to sterilise in the boiling water and it stayed in the same shape and in the same colour.
