Better than nothing
A couple of years ago it was near impossible to deal with Suppliers on Alibaba as most could only communicate on WeChat and speak only 1 language. Currently, most speak English and communication via Whatsapp is also possible which brings a totally new dimension of ease in dealing with these suppliers.
I order 3 times in this site and my 1st order got hold by BOC of the Philippines and they charge me a lot because of (under value) which is the sellers fault. Thanks to trade assurance it is included in our contract that i can get a refund if it is the seller faults why i receive big customs/duties taxes. And the rest is good.

Alibaba is basically indispensible now given the current Global Pandemic. Without Alibaba, we wouldnt have been able to find new suppliers after our old suppliers closed down. And travelling to China persinally is still impossible. But with Alibaba those worries are gone! Our new supplier Quanzhou Juyu Bags Co., Ltd. is also excellent and very accomodating.
If you follow Alibaba's customer safety rules and communicate well with sellers, you'll get what you need at a fair price.

I bought a defective pdt with warm & cool steam. The warm red steam does not work. Poor quality! I went through escalating through trade assurance but it's been over a month, & I haven't received any response.
I have lost my trust with alibaba seller. I lost $380 to this company Guangzhou Zhenao. Because of this company. I'm not going to do anymore business with alibaba. Alibaba's TRADE Assurance process does NOT work! Ella Lin, Harry Lin, & Lilly Xu are all cannot be trusted!

DHL.COM rarely charges extra for shipping. Alibaba always charges for shipping and it is very expensive. I purchased Face Shields since early April. The shipping fee was almost 1500 USD even though the items only cost me 188.00. I had no choice but to take the cheapest format which was by post for 100.00. To date i still haven't received my products.
