Worst ever service I made a large order on the Alibaba site using their trade assurance. This mite work in countries closer to China though I am based in Australia and does not work. They autocomplete to say that you received the goods when you have 15 days after an Express order when wvery Express order takes over a month to receive here. Please be aware so you dont fall for the same trade assurance problems that I did

I was initially unsure of Alibaba and how the shipping and quality of products would arrive. I have been pleasantly surprised as to the service and products I have received. I have completed and received my second order. I am very satisfied and will be using Alibaba as my product supplier.
It's a good place to order from vendors however when a vendor does not give you your product or tracking number it's hard to get a refund. Alibaba.com advertise that they are secure place to place orders however I processed a refund request three time and has been denied stating that I should allow 50 days for product due to covid19. It has been 50 days already and I still have not received a tracking number or a refund. The seller does not respond and this site has not intervened or process my refund instead they have declined my refund request three times. Therefore I have to do it thur my bank
Eversince i shop here im always happy and satisfied by the receiving the product i have ordered, im lucky to have a very good supplier which we became friends despite of the distance apart and never had a chance to meet each other. We have built trust to each other, even sending greetings hi, hello, merry christmas despite of culture, ethnic and religion, and all other diffirences! For me these are the true essence of the successful business, its not just about finding and buying a good quality product nor meeting our qoutas on sales, profits, incentintives, but its all about the respect to each other between the suppliers and customers that will both benefit from it. To those suppliers whome my friends now as a result i became their sales representative here for free lol! But it does'nt matter to me coz im happy pushing their top of the line product and im happy to share my purchased, my savings, and friendship i've found here in alibaba! I want to share these blessings to all my friends! And im so thankful to alibaba!
