I just made my first purchase, i have no regrets. The supplier i used was accommodating and very insistent. I hope my next supplier is the same. Im still getting used to the website but so far their prices are much lower than US wholesalers so I'm here to stay. Fair warning, not all suppliers on the site are trustworthy and thats just by the lack of communication with some. However you just have to really look into the suppliers profile look at prior customer reviews and also see how much theyve earned thus far including if they're verified. I chose a supplier that cost me slightly a little more than others offer because of those factors. Starting a small business I couldn't afford to make a vulnerable mistake this early in the game. Hope this help anyone starting out.

The Alibaba portal is great platform for approaching supplier in China. Regarding the quotation RFQ feature is really helpful for new buyers. The Trade Assurance is a peace of mind of overseas customers.
I bought 5000pcs of 99.99% kill bottles.
They all turned fake as it's just simple water in there not alcohol or ethanol in there.
Trade assurance is Joke I submitted proofs again and again 5 times and still didnot return monies.
The seller listing is still active and robing people money

I enjoyed the way the website worked. But when I had an issue with the supplier sending boxes that were to small Alibaba wants more money to help. They wanted me to pay $500 for a mediator. Then there was no guarantee. If Amazon did this they wouldn't be where they are today. Why can't Alibaba stuck up for me?
