Nicely packaged in compact case, each part enclosed in bubble wrap (2 batteries) to prevent accidental damage. Kit comes with 1 battery, so I ordered an extra battery, since I planned on keeping this unit if it worked well. Tested and had just enough power to wash away dried off mud and bird droppings. Has enough pressure to wash vehicle from 4 ft away. Did not come with any hose clamp to lock the water filter within the water bucket. Used 2 buckets of water to wash my car and I considered this to be the best pressure washer I have used so far. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good one.

The printing is phenomenal, with a hot pepper wielding a golf club in front and small hot peppers on the top. This is a fun product that is sure to please.

I bought a car and then a truck. I waited a month for them. They never came. I paid over $******* in fes, fines and other shipping fees. I waited a month for them. I never got them. After $******* paid to them, I refused to pay more. I had to pay the Alibaba agent almost daily hundreds to thousands of dollars.
The vehiles stayed in holding for weeks while I continued to pay.
