During the process there was confusion on total cost as added "hurricane feature" was necessary. The delivery was much longer than originally anticipated. The product though met my approval.

The only issue I had was with the delivery. When I ordered the website said it would we 4-8 week at the 8 week mark I called about the delivery and was told that it would be another 4 weeks. When I called at the end of the 4 weeks they told me it was going to be another week. After I told them that I wanted to cancel the order, which was on a Friday, they called back and said it would be there on Monday. The garage is great and the crew that put it together was exceptional.
We will be needing a carport for our new horse trailer also in future after we get the slab ready Thanks so much Susie for all your help on this order.
Smooth transaction
Site was quick and easy but delivery took way longer than I expected. Ordered one locally a couple of years ago and got it in 2 weeks.
My order was great and del. Was great and the men that brought out the carport was very nice and respectiful. I left while they were putting carport together and they followed my instruction to the point. Thank you for letting me be a customer.

The crew that delivered and installed the carport was one of the best teams I've seen in a while! Outstanding job, in and out in about 2.5 hours or so. Very nice job! I am very satisfied.
Alan is a perfect gentleman and works extremely hard in his business and it shows. This man went above and beyond as I needed a couple of extra things to make my pergolas just right. The pergolas were of excellent quality and were delivered write to my front door by UPS. I would highly recommend that you purchase from Alan. They just don't make em like him anymore!
