Received shed sooner than expected. Team assembled unit in less than a day. Great quality product. Have had many compliments from neighbors. Color combination allows unit to blend in well with surrounding area. Base floor plan (12x21) gives plenty of storage space and interior dimensions allowed a combination of 3 & 4 foot shelving (18" depth, 6' height) to cover two walls (one 12' and one 21') from corner to corner. No wasted space. Window placement was centered over one of the 4' shelving units that was half the height (3'). Couldn't have designed it better. Nine foot ceiling allows a very open feeling when working inside. Roll-up door is the best feature. Light weight, but solid feel. Easy to open and close. Dual locking on roll-up door is a plus. Vertical roof is highly recommended. Can't wait to see how it handles 6-12" of snow. Siding on other 3 sides hang about 2-3" below concrete slab so when it rains, very little moisture gets inside. Nice touch and looks very professional. Do recommend you place a water-tight gasket between slab and metal base frame to keep interior perfectly dry. Only one con and it's very minor. Wish screens on windows could be opened.
I wish that when building the car port there were better photos as you "build" it and add on extras. If it could update to show what it would look like, it would be extremely helpful.
The site let me price a building without the thicker steel and tie downs, but then I was called later and told that MD code required it and it would raise my price. Would be nice if the website notified me of that as I was building.
