Very good response to inquiry and I thank Sue for her help. The installation crew were very business like and professional. The only negative issue was the wait time but I was advised of the time frame when I ordered the car port.

You need to be more upfront and tell the truth about delivery times. I've been told three different times and still haven't got my carport yet.

We are very satisfied with the product. We were surprised at the quality of the metal material. There was some dissatisfaction with the scheduling for delivery and installation but it was resolved satisfactorily. The installation crew were very professional and adept at their job. Overall, we would purchase from this company again if we should need further products and we would recommend your product and services as well.

Very good prices. Delivery time was longer than expected, but not the retailers fault. Retailer made every effort to answer questions and help me.

Free shipping and installation was the deciding factor.

Very user friendly web site and ordering process. I'm very happy with my carport. Delivery was delayed twice, though. I was told they had vehicle problems. Once the delivery arrived it only took them 4 hours to set it up with a good cleanup when they finished.

Exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Will buy from again when the time comes.
