I hope all goes as well as your website's ease of use. Follow-up. It did and the installation was professional and fast.
Ordering was easy. When I called to ask how the building would be delivered the person I spoke with did not have any idea how the process worked. The web site estimates delivery from 2 to 8 weeks, mine took 10 and I was not contacted about the delivery date and called Alan's and the factory and all I got was the run around and I will call you back. When I finally did get a delivery date, it did not happen on that day but the following day.
I understand situations with delivery and weather and production. What I do not understand is why the persons answering the phone cannot explain the process of how delivery will work or communications as to an estimate of when the product will be delivered.
I was impressed by the installer "Juan" and his crew, and the product is great! Just getting it here and the lack of communication and misinformation was frustrating.
So it has been good. Del took a lot longer than I thought it should.
Very user friendly website!
I like the 18'x41'X ht-9' Unit Vertical Roof Carport very much. I have had 4 people that have stopped and stated they wish to order one. I gave them Alan's Web site.
The Men how installed the building did an excellent A+ job and please Thank them. On the approximately one week notification I did not like. A Simple phone or E-mail on updates to approximate delivery date and time would be strongly appreciated.

I need help on the time of delivery and there is no where to put information. I am concerned about the openings and need to talk with someone. You didn't give me the amount that you are charging on my credit card for the deposit.

Heaven forbid any thing goes wrong! Good luck getting ahold of anyone by phone. Nothing wrong with merchandise, Coustomer service leaves much to be desired.

Excellent. Fast installation. Just wish we would have gone another 3' sheet metal down each side and possibly even a bit longer. But we're happy with it. We've already recommended you to 3 or 4 other people that are in the market.
Delivery an installed in timely manner
Alan factory should be more responsive and try to make sure everything was in order. As many times as I called to check on the status of my order not even once you returned a call and then three months later I received an email asking me if I received the order. Wow! Three months later.
