The car was a new Nissan Versa. It drove great and was in fantastic condition. My only complaint was the hidden fees once I went to pick up and again when I returned the car...

Reservation was not honored to the vehicle selected. Much more could have been done by Alamo to communicate and mitigate this issue prior to arriving so I could have changed rental company.

Great experience from the counter person to actually getting the car. The car was clean, was full of gas. Overall, the experience was very good.

The car broke down in Ohio and we had to pay someone to jump it and was charged twice for it. We had timed tickets to our activities and had to take a Lyft.

Car ran well. Check in took almost an hour because the keys were not available. The return experience at Fort Walton airport went well.

This is the second time I rented from Alamo; the first time was an exceptional experience. This last time was just as exceptional ---if not better! Personal attention via emails and texts were sent to me throughout the rental term. And when returning the rental at the airport, I was asked by staff "is there anything we could do better?"

I mean, who is better than this?

Vanessa is wonderful! She made sure all my questions were answered for the car rental agreement, patient in me asking follow-up questions or asking her to repeat anything that I missed hearing, and gave me tips to navigate the Utah weather! She is awesome.

All excellent. Service was fast and efficient. Our car was fine and got excellent mileage. Check out went so quickly and we did not have to rush to get into the airport, which was super close!

Excellent personnel both at pick up and return of vehicle. A little understaffed for a busy time of day about noon. Great people to work with. Make sure you check vehicle completely including all setting such as lane change warning, stop distance warning. Vehicle I received was a Jeep Compass and all warning were set permanently at maximum and proved to be harmful to my driving.

Great will rent again. Cars provided were in great condition
