Charlotte Airport Alamo team was fantastic! Very helpful
Super easy pre-check in experience allowed us to walk right out to rental cars. We couldn't figure out what SUV would fit our luggage and Jason helped us out and offered an upgrade to something bigger. Upon return, the gas cap was stuck on and when I let Alamo know they only charged me part of the gas charge. Overall exceptional service at this location, liked that employees gave me cards with their info in case we had any issues. Thank you for your help!
