Vancouver pick up was quick and seamless. Small bump with our small suv choice unavailable. However was made right with similar but upgraded. Nice perk instead of waiting for a return. People in Vancouver were so so nice and very considerate drivers. 🚗

My family and I rented the car online, and when we got to the airport, realized we needed a bigger car for our luggage and it was such an easy process with no problems! We were given a very nice, roomy and comfortable car, that did great on gas mileage!

The Alamo staff made it possible for my husband and I to get to our son's college graduation. Our flight was cancelled out of NJ and we landed after closing hours in Jacksonville, Fl. The staff was there waiting, pleasant and accommodating. Presently, customer service doesn't take priority with most companies, however, Alamo stands out as a caring, efficient company that deserves to be recognized.
