Long term rentals appear to be a nightmare with Alamo. They provide online reservations that there front line staff are unaware of and unable to facilitate without a great deal of effort.

The checkout experience was efficient and enjoyable. The rental car ran like a champ without any hiccups. It was a GV80. Carplay did have a problem connecting once in my entire 10-day trip. The return experience was also seamless. Would definitely rent again!

Always use Alamo and most of the time the service is great. I had a nail in my tire and had to keep putting air in it. I used the text option that said I could get in touch at any time and reported it but no one responded. The oil change reminder kept coming on as well.

It was a great experience other than the vehicle having an issue with the back latch. It only worked about half the time so I had to buy a strap to keep it closed during travel.

Check in and return went smoothly. Nice vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that they let us pick which vehicle we wanted out of the available vehicles in the category we selected.
