We were stranded in Tulsa at midnight and needed a one way rental to Little Rock.
Even though your computers were down, James with Enterprise filled out a manual form and got us a car, and we were on our way home.

My husband's driver's license had the corner chipped off from carrying it in his wallet. No wording, symbols, or anything were gone, just white space. They would not rent to him. I had to Uber from the hotel to put the car in my name, costing us time and more money. However, they let me add him as a driver. Didn't make much sense that an ID that will get you through airport security is not good enough to rent a car. Car itself was fine, except that it smelled like Marijuana when you got in each time.

We enjoyed the car. But there were some malfunctions with the car and we did not have a manual to be able to look up and see what was wrong with it. We were also not in a position to exchange the car so we were unable to lock the doors. During the entire time. Other than that, everything was good. The service was good.

Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. When I returned the car, I told the person behind the desk that I was very happy with everything except the odor in the car smelled like cigarette smoke. She was understanding and apologetic and gave me $25 off. Which I greatly appreciated. She was kind and very helpful. Her name was. Alcxis

Oil was 2500 miles over and the gas was not full. Everytime you started it change oil come on. There was oil in it but very black.

They handed me the keys and a couple of signature and card security when I picked up the car and I handed them the keys when I returned and went on my merry way. Very simple process

Top notch customer service! Kristine (not sure if that's right, but it's with a K for sure) had me squared away very quickly even though I needed every possible help to understand the process. I was exhausted from travel and usually my husband takes care of these things. Thank you so much. The car was also terrific, clean and very peppy with automatic everything.

I had to put air in a tire 7 miles from the airport. The car was clean and the manager was responsive when I explained what happened.

The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted. It was very easy and fast both picking up and returning the car. The agents were all very friendly. The car was very clean and maintained. There was no hard sell or hassle about insurance. It was a very positive experience. I definitely recommend Alamo.
