I order a ply touch III tablet. It cannot connect with my router. I sent them back pay return fee with get confirmation notice. I contacted them before I returned the product. It has been over a month since I received the notification from post office that the package had been received by the company in China. I made contact with them to get the refund. They keep telling me to wait until they received the package, and they don't say I didn't contact them before I return the product. Until now, I haven't received my money back. I never buy from this website again. I rather pay a little more but I can be sure to get refund when I buy the product with different website. Totally not recommend this website to anybody. If I talked about this website to somebody, It will be a warning so them know how bad it is. I am not sure I can get the money back or not since they did not response my email.
I started doing some shopping at the site of Ahappydeal, it took a while but came. From December onwards, virtually nothing that I bought arrived. The tracking code does not work, they are not reliable information. Other details, we pay for fast delivery and they send by sea, the product gets wet and broken and they did take. Another thing that does not comply is shipping with insurance, because if the merchandise astray as much as you do is pay 40% of value. So what good is insurance against going astray?
I do not recommend anyone buying this site.
I have made and received 5 orders all of which have been always delivered within the time frame stated. The range and price are good for what you receive and the quality of all the products I've purchased have been good which is better than i was expecting. I will continue to be a return customer as i am happy with the almost all aspects of purchasing from this seller.

I have gone thru the same thing with these people it is in paypals hands now i would realy like my money back! After reading how crappy there products are never again it must say made in the USA
This site is looking like scam. I order something and they send it. But it was broken, so objects are scrap and worthless. I send it back wich cost me a lot of money, and they say that they will send a new one. Now after several months of mailing and ordering a new one i always get the messsages:
We will send asap
Order is out of stock
But now after 5 months i have given up hope of getting anything. I would say only order here if you don't mind getting scrappy products and never send it back when its broken.

I have purchased from this 'ahappydeal' several times over the last year. The products are cheap Chinese knockoffs, which to be honest are decent products but despite this I am strongly urging people to not order from this website. The main reason? They censor real reviews and post fake reviews.
For example, I purchased a pair of headphones and wrote a review about them. I explained that the description was completely false -- not real metal as described but actually flimsy plastic. I received an email from an administrator asking me to change my review. Obviously I refused, and my review was not posted and I went to look at the product. 6 reviews were then posted, with names 'Lang' and 'Langley', 'Payal' and 'Pazia', and 'Abdul' and 'Abdieso'. The three pairs of reviews are written in the same garbled, poorly translated English, saying basically the same things, and posted one minute apart from each other.
I wrote numerous emails to customer service urging them to allow my review to be posted so that people are not misled. I was told to rewrite my review, which I did. The new review was not posted either and I am not allowed by the website to post more reviews. Customer service also stopped replying to my messages asking to allow my review to be posted.
Other issues that I experienced were that I ordered products and despite paying for expedited shipping, they did not ship for several weeks. I wrote customer service and they told me that the items were not in stock, despite the product page showing that the product is in stock.
Basically though, it is the customer censorship and fake reviews that I want to expose. These things are highly unethical and I strongly urge people to not do business with a website that has these sort of practices.

Everytime i order from this site i get good service and the products i buy are shipped out fast! They are great prices too!. Can't go wrong!
Ordered three android tablets for the kids on November 30. Th... Paid for fast delivery 58$ China - Copenhagen - Island of Bornholm... waited... waited... and waited... Was told to pay another 25 $ for the delivery... Suddenly Copenhagen was much further away than first assumed? December 18.th. The tablets was still not send and christmas was comming fast. December 23 package arrived in Copenhagen... At last a ray of sunshine... Had family pick up the package and fly it to Bornholm. Got here in time for Christmas.
Unpacked all three tablets and started installing apps for the kids... Everything worked just fine on the first tablet... but not on the other two. Not able to set up wifi connection and tablets lost power after only one hour ( according to ahappydeal.com the tablets should have at least 4 hours).
Dec. 25.th. Contacted ahappydeal.com and asked for return freight number or two new tablets... Dec.26.th. Was informed that I could return the two tablets but had to pay 58$ for the return freight... Dec.27.th. Complained about this and so far no response...

This was a HORRIBLE company to do business with. We placed our order on the 25th of November, paid for expedited shipping and have been waiting and waiting with no results! They are extremely hard to get a hold of by phone, there is NEVER a live chat person available, and their emails have been full of empty promises. The ONLY thing they did quick was refund my money, however, had I not submitted a PayPal dispute, I'm not sure that would have even happened quickly! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
"Order placed 24-oct-11, received 14-Nov-11. I ordered a GPAD Android 2.2 tablet. It did not work properly (you had to be within one or two feet of a wifi transmitter to even see it, and even then, it would drop the connection.)I let a professional look at it and even download some new software (over the ethernet) and the problem still persisted. Upon contact I was given 2 options -- return it for a refund minus shipping costs ($20 loss on my part) or return it for replacement. I shipped it back (my expense - $10) to a California address they furnished, but did not pay extra for tracking. That was 3 weeks ago. Now all they say is that it was a "pity" I did not use tracking. I'm now $70 out with absolutely no prospect of getting my money or the product.
Beware: if you get a product does not work you are totally out of luck! There is no effort to achieve customer satisfaction. In fact, it is actively discouraged.

Forget to get someone that speak English they only have people that can say we ship to you tomorrow 14 days later still not shipped wish me luck i think it is part of that country culture to lei. Hi all after posting the the last review they contacted my that they will ship my item the next day they asked me then i should remove my review 2 days later still not shipped now 16 days would you trust these people? I will let you be the judge. I do not how long this will take. I purchased an android tablet, keyboard case, and various other accessories from this site. I was very happy with my purchase. After reading a few of the comments here, I became concerned, but I paid with Paypal, so I wasn't that concerned. It did take about two weeks to get a valid tracking order, but I believe that was the fault of the Singapore post office, not this company. My package did come wrapped in bubble tape, which looked quite weird, but nothing inside was damaged. My android tablet has 2.2 operating system, and works great. I can pick up wifi and the lasts for 3 hours, just as describes. Everything was exactly as described.
I placed an order and stupidly placed a second order a week later now it has been 7 weeks since the first order. I never received either if them for the first they told me i should have paid extra for valid tracking number.
The second which i did pay extra to get valid tracking, shows an attempt to be delivered to my address but only one and post office said they don't have it.
Happydeal said they refund most money (not large shipping fee though) but that was it. I was looking forward to these items now out the items that i have lost all this time waiting on. Im screwed.

My first time dealing with ahappydeal.com was not so bad. I ordered a tablet pc, touch screen phone, a few mp3 players and some watches. All the products were in working order and everyone thinks their cool. Shipping to Dallas Texas was fast only 12 days. They even called my because i wanted the products sent in a different name then mine to make sure that it was indeed me ordering the stuff.
Overall the stuff is good i would recommend spending money on the more expensive electronics if that's what your into and to avoid the super cheap ones every one knows you get what you pay for.
I received one order. The other was canceled because it was out of stock, but they didn't notify me, I had to email them and ask why my order hadn't been shipped out and they had initially told me it was in stock. Then they told me to pay $20.00 more dollars and they would ship out a better tablet, really, so I asked for a refund, which I received an hour later. That's the only reason I didn't leave a negative feedback. If you are drop-shipping, don't use this site because they are very unreliable. You have to constantly get on their $^$ to ship your stuff. Not to mention the 1-2 business days is a joke. They basically ship when they want to. Last order, If they don't get this one right, I want be ordering again. It has already past the 1-2 business day for shipping, but we will see!

Well, I received my order, at the tail end of the promised time period but still within the range. It came from Hong Kong so the extended shipping time was to be expected - about 3 week from the order date.
The products (kids watches) were very nice although the quality seems to be mediocre but again well worth the 2 bucks each I paid.
During my waiting period I received several emails from a company rep asking if I had received my order. Although she couldn't provide any helpful information, she did seem genuinely interested in trying to help and responded to my emails quickly. She even offered me a discount on future purchases.
Overall my experience was as expected. Shipping times were as expected and product quality was as expected.
There reps are very rude when you want an exchange or refund back from there f***ed up products. Stay away from Bella Li aka Zhang May for she will keep your money. She is service rep #11 on her davismicro email address and *******@ahappydeal.com AVOID HER AT ALL CAUSES!

I've had no problem at all with this site, I've ordered several times an had nooo problem what so ever in the least bit, and I've been ordering from them for about 5 months or so, in fact anytime I've had a question, I've simply sent the messege, an they answer quite quickly, they have the best prices for the products sold on the site, fast shipping, good customer service, and I would highly recommend the site to others
