Customer support is great, willing to participate and to provide assistance.

The shipping is fast and accurate, and PayPay is supported as a payment method.

I really recommend this site, given that some items they sell, are hard to find in order webpages.

I have been purchasing products from ahappydeal for about a year now, over this time I have seen their systems improve, so far I have had no trouble with receiving my orders tracking works well.
Communication is ok although language and cultural barriers do exist, my expectation of service can be different to theirs, a little patients can be required.
They have a good range of useful products, with generally good quality, be sure of what you are ordering though read the product descriptions thoroughly and with care as this will give good clues to the quality of the product, on the whole I will keep shopping with them when i require certain products i cannot source locally at a reasonable price.

So here it goes.

The first time I ordered 2 items to test if the site is legit. Order was paid via Paypal. After the maximum estimated days of delivery I was informed that my order was lost during shipment. I was asked for a refund. Refund was processed but minus the shipment fees.

After that I was very skeptic but tried another order, and was not disappointed. Shipment came as scheduled (though it was held at post office at first) and was very pleased with my items. It was way more that I expected.

Although customer service has some language issues, they try their best to help out any issues encountered.

I highly recommend this site!

PS: for those who ordered, try to contact them to check on your order just to be sure it gets shipped without problems.

I have bought at the store and I'm really pleased aHappyDeal, payment porPayPal was performed without any problem, and the product is received in 20 days, without having to pay for the tracking number, only pay for shipping insurance.
Previously bought another product by certain circumstances which could not send, but I do the refund of what you pay for that product.

In short aHappyDeal is a store in which if you can make purchases without many complications.

Yo he comprado en la tienda de aHappyDeal y realmente estoy complacido, el pago se realizo porPayPal sin ningun inconveniente, y el producto se recibio en 20 días, sin necesidad de pagar por el numero de rastreo, solo pague por el seguro de envio.
Anteriormente compre otro producto el cual por ciertas circustancias no pudieron enviarme, pero me hicieron el reembolso de lo que pague por aquel producto.

En resumen aHappyDeal es una tienda en la cual si se pueden realizar compras sin tantas complicaciones.

I have been trying to get in touch with these people about my order, They have already took my money out of my credit-card. You can not get in touch with anyone, they said it should be here in 3 to 4 day, It was order on the 21st of this Month.No! Phone. How can I get my money back! This is my second order, the first order came on time, no problem, now I am worry about the second order, because look at the time. It is the 30 of the month, so where is it.

I have had trouble with some of the phones that have a "1 year warranty". I am not sure what the warranty consists of but I have a phone that I shipped back on Feb. 20 today is may. 20 and I still have not received a phone back. They (jean) say I had the phone over 30 days so they cant give me my money back and they have not fixed mine or given me a different phone. I send them messages and they will answer back in 5 or 6 days that they will send me a phone. I send them a message to check progress they tell me sorry out of stock please wait several days. I sent a complainant and got a different person Evan was there name I thought they were going to help they wanted to know all the info then they said they could not help me anymore talk to jean they were the one in charge of my account. Any time you ask them a question they send back simple 3 line remarks that doesn't answer a single question. I hope that I can get a phone back from these people.
I will never buy another product from this company and I suggest you do not ether If you do just accept that if it breaks you just through your money away."
