I do not trust a company when you can only purchase items through paypal. I have used paypal before, and they did not give me my money back when I did not receive my item. I only trust companies where I can make a purchase with my wellsfargo visa card. Wellsfargo has gotten my money back on several occations. Companies that only take paypal are scams.

Horrible service. Ordered the product a week and a half ago. I purchased a tracking number for my tablet. When I inquired after 5 days why the tracking number showed as not valid still they informed me the package had indeed been sent. The following day the tracking number did show up as valid, but the post office told me that they only had a digital number on file and no physical package yet. Again I inquired at ahappydeal after 3 days they answered my question. Stating that it had arrive in "the america" and a refund would not be necessary as i will be receiving the item soon. Its been almost a week since this and the post office still has not received a physical item from a happy deal, only a digital tracking number. I would not suggest buying from this site and have began the process of dispute through paypal as well as the post office as the site will not refund me for this item i have purchased yet they have not received

I bought an iphone from these criminals. They were slow to deliver, the phone screen was broken when it arrived, and the batteries they included would not take a charge or when you charged them in the phone, they heated up to the point where their mounting melted. I have tried to get an address to send the phone back, tried to talk to customer service, tried to get anything of value from them. Nothing. They are not really a business, they are a scam.

Lets see my expreience, i ordered something and tried to cancel within the next day... they sent out the package anyway... dhl got it tried to deliver it to me, and i denied the package, i have told these people many of times that it was no longer my issue it was between them and dhl and they couldn't understand that. Then proceed to tell me that they will not refund me until they get it in their hands. I brought 10" tablet and i got it after a long long time, when i open the tablet the screen wasn't work as it should (it's took time for them to answer me). Mean time i discover that the GPS connector is missing!(new item!).
Since then till now(about 2 month) the only offer they gave me is to ship it back with my money, and then they will give me the tablet money back. They say they did mistake but for the shippikng money (get the item and send it back) i need to pay.
My advice--> Please do your self easy life and go buy in please the service is good

Lied about guaranteed arrival for Christmas, ordered gifts 2 mos early, called dozens of times, when got through 2 weeks before Christmas I was told they were shipped but on Christmas Eve they still had not been... RUINED MY CHRISTMAS! If they hadn't lied I could have done something else!
Do not EVER trust ahappydeal's "customer ratings", they make most of them up themselves and screen real user reviews so that only positive and 5 star reviews get posted.
Look on their site you wont find one review that isn't a glaring positive review of the product written in poor English.
I posted honest and real reviews of the items I received with both pros and cons, what i thought about the value and particular unadvertised points that I thought people considering purchasing should know, not one of them gets posted.
However, as soon as I submit a bubbly positive post to test my theory, it gets posted right away!

For the first time shop on ahappydeal, I bought a tablet to my best friend, She told me that the quality is good, she like it very much.

The sent broken smart phone that took 3 weeks to be delivered, wouldn't replace with working phone and wouldn't send back full cost of expenses. They asked me to take it to local technician and they would provide some reimbursement. Their site has frequently rotating products many of which are the same but branded differently and variable costs. What they carry looks like a good deal and if it works would be okay but expect poor quality, batteries that last a couple of hours per charge and no support to any concerns posted. Only reason that they aren't 0 stars is because that ranking isn't offered. Buyer beware.

I have to tell you my story with this site.
I was looking for a smartphone and the best price i found was in this site.
Made the buy, paid with paypal, and put a question in their suport center, where they promissed to answer in 24 hours.
Then i look for reviews of ahappydeal.com site and found this site. I became realy nervous with the comments. More than 24 hours later (but less than 2 days) i've got a answer for my question. But... was like a machine answering... and did not answer my doubts. Annoying...
Waited 4 days to see if my buy was shipped. After that time, i ask in their facebook page what's happening with my order. I have to say that the communication in their facebook page does work. They told me my item was out of stock and i understand that. What i don't understand is why i don't get that information in the site...
5 days after, i ask for a refund in the site, telling them i knew it the item was out of stock. LESS than 24 hours later, i did get my refund.
So... i cannot rate this site bad. The refund worked with me (because of paypal? Don't know...). And i do believe the item was out of stock. The only thing i didn't like was the communication thru the site.

Shady company. Will not take calls, will not respond to tickets, will not chat, will not reply at all, will not honor their 24hour customer service communication guarantee. Stole more than two hundred dollars of my money and will not fulfill or confirm order shipment. Paid on 11-23-12. Tried many times in every way to communicate with them but get no reasonable or reliable response, only generic automatic messages. Now, ten days till Christmas and have no gift for my kids and no money to make other arrangements. Horrible, classless, despicable, dishonorable company. Should not be allowed to sell in US.
I have opened disputes through paypal. Since dealing with this company I have been ignored, hung up on, had my calls routed to machine recordings, and been lied to and stolen from by this company. They give three ways to contact; chat feature (no one is ever online, conveniently, when I am signed in to my account), telephone number (shady representatives that pretend not to hear you, hang up on you, and rout your calls to avoid you), and email (which is simply a ticket submitting system where you must wait for a response that never comes).
I would like to receive the items I ordered or have my money refunded so I can complete my holiday shopping elsewhere with a more honorable seller, but so far no luck in receiving any kind of useful or helpful response. There are just ten days till Christmas and I have no gift for my kids thanks to this company's shady business practices.
