1/5 stars. Wish i could leave a 0/5 rating. This place is garbage. Let me name the one problem that everyone will run into with this company, "Receiving your item on time, or if at all." I made an order for expidited shipping for two android smartphones, roughly $250. (suppose to take 3-5 business days). Its been 3 weeks and my items are still showing they are processing. I havent recieved a tracking number. I put in a trouble ticket (24hr response time is bullsh**t) my trouble ticket has been in for a week. It says processing as well. I call in and lets just say if I do another lap of this run around hacking ahappydeal.com will be my next goal in life. Jk jk. But on a serious not PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE... BEWARE!
I have had nothing but problems with this site. It takes forever to get items ordered and if you do get them they will send the wrong thing. When you try and get it replaced they tell you you will have to pay more or they cant help you. Terrible customer service and terrible reliability. Then if you insist they honor their par of the deal they will block you from their e-mail. I think I will try the pay-pal complaint route. It's at least worth a try, and maybe it will keep someone else from ordering from them. Total rip off company.

Full of optimism earned on other e-sellers I bought my item, paid extra few pounds for tracking number and waited.
Never got the item, exchanging messages with their support its just bla bla bla, wait longer, check local post office, bla bla bla, and tracking number just shows you on suspicious site that the item has been sent...
I lost about £130, please do not do the same mistake.

I got a crappy deal from ahappydeal.com. I know it's a bad play of words but the experience of doing business with them has left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a touchscreen phone and the touchscreen was one of the million things that were defective in this phone. It does not even deserve a serious critical review. Please be wary of this supplier.

It is the second time I buy there, paid USD 77 for express freight DHL, and the second time they takes more than a week just to make the post.
Before making the purchase, I asked the support if they had items in stock, and they said yes, would make the post in 2-3 days.
4 days later, they told me to wait another 2-3 days, because NOT HAD THE ITEM IN STOCK.
I'm waiting to post until today.

They promise to deliver goods within 15-30 days, but in reality, it takes twice as long - 54 days for LT, Eastern Europe. That's very disappointing. Goods received in good condition and as described. The quality seems to be equal to its price.

Scam Artists.
The phones they sell are damaged. I bought a G21 android 4.0 Star Brand. It is not cheap! The phone doesn't even get the signal properly. Ringer doesn't work. The touchscreen has dead spots. It is impossible that this phone passed any quality control. The phone is garbage. The earphone is not standard size. They sent also a screen protector with a different size I asked.
I post a review in the website regarding the phone. They banned it. There is only one very vague positive review. The reviews are not real. Don't trust these guys. Same owner has www.everbuying.com I'm starting a website www.ahappydeal-notsohappy.com for others victims to post real reviews.

Order product 4 weeks ago paid for it paid for insurance nothing came. They give excuses make promise to fix it and nothing is being done wont even file claim. Seems they dont understand english or when someone pays for item they must get it. DONT USE THIS SITE!

I have bought online a ceramic knife at Ahappydeal.com. Upon delivery the tip of the knife was broken. The seller sent me a new knife. I recommend this seller.

The first order I placed with them still in process of resolving that and it was back in Nov when we ordered a tablet. This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with, i first placed my order for watches in december i got it towards the end of december, and it was damaged not only was it damaged but the color was different, i ordered white and they sent me black and the other watch i ordered was black and i got pink. I send them email explainng how disappointed i was because those were supposed to be christmas gifts. They replied back and said to send pictures which i did and they replied and said the will replce the order and up till today i have not recived the replacement order.
