I have purchased three items from this site in the past one month and when recommended the site to my sister who also purchased a phone tablet from them.
I do not like the fact that they charge you for shipping and the order still gets to you the same time free shipping orders from other China online stores get to you. But DHL orders do get there within 4-5 days of shipping.
There products are comperably priced. I will do business with them again, however.
PLEASE PLEASE dont not use this site if in uk they are a rip they lie to you tell u things have been sent when the haven't there costumer service so the worst just don't use them u have been warned i had to get Chinese police involved to get my money back as there laws are different and even paypal weren't that great in getting my money back i had to wait two months to get a refund from paypal so dont use them there are better sites out there :)

I have purchased so many items in the website, the customer service is good, and the quality is okay. Only the shipping speed is a little slow, I have waited for a few days. Actually, they offer me compensation for the delay. I am happy to purchase the items on this website.
I purchased a Phone from them after a couple of months it stopped receiving calls after a number of conversations with AHAPPYDEAL they said to send it back. I was quite impressed when I received a replacement within a few weeks although rather disappointed that it was a used one. Within a month the screen developed a dark patch over 1/2 the screen. Took a while for them to except there was a problem and would let me send it back. After two months they said they could not replace it and would give me a refund or another brand of phone, to date I had spent over $250.00 dollars on this phone with the postage and they offered $150.00 I asked for another phone and have not had a reply. I find there service if anything goes wrong to be very bad. It would be better to pay more and get the backup if there is a problem. After my experience I could not recommend this company.
The no is RB*******CN. It has finally arrived a tad late as I needed it for an overseas trip, of which I have started so I am overseas and the phone is sitting back home. I guess you finally came through but very very slow.

ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS:; all phones are CHEAP knock-offs, Even IF they work initally they will FAIL, So far the first phone and every replacement has gone bad Expence of shipping and inconvience of time lost while waiting for a replacement has tought me a valuable lesson. Any electronics purchased is a WASTE OF MONEY. The only thing you wont get burned on are things like screen covers or non breakable goods ALSO Beware of a chinese company having your credit card number. They made an unauthorized debit on my card and i now have them blocked from further transactions BEWARE!

I have used Ahappydeal.com for three years.
I like the things from them and be satisfied with the service
Not only did I get the phone late after paying for expedited shipping (waste of money) but the phone isn't working properly, loses charge extremely quickly and crashes repeatedly even while the touch screen doesn't work properly. I contacted them and they told me I could get it fixed myself and they'd give me some of the cost back, send it to them at my own expense which would cost what I paid for the phone initially or BUY ANOTHER at 70%. Really?! No offer of a refund, no conscience or anything! I am so disillusioned, saddened and angry that I'd probably just use the phone as a paper weight and deal with legit, responsible retailers from now on.

I ordered an unlocked cell phone a few weeks ago, they double charged my order. I waited 2 weeks for order update and after emailing them with by concern they informed me that item was out of stock and there is nothing they are willing to do about it. After 10days I finaly got my pay pal refund. I tried to give them another chance and placed another order, same story "item out of stock", no communications, I am still waiting for my refund. This site is a SCAM and BUYER BEWARE. Do not deal with this seller, totally dishonest and no communications, lets not forget poor English.

I ordered a video recorder, a tablet with a keyboard and the keyboard separately. All sent on time. DVR was defective money for it was returned to me immediately. The tablet and keyboard are working fine! The price of these devices is good for me. Excellent!
I orderer 1 Tablet-PC and 1 Card-Reader by ahappydeal.com and paid them with PayPal. After 10 weeks i get the Tablet. I think, they wait so long time, to make sure, the customer could not get help from PayPal ( PayPal max. 45 days).
The Tablet completly not works; it do not start normal. It starts only when the charger cable is in. I told that to ahappydeal customer service, but first the do not want to understand where the problem is. Then they told me to bring the tablet to an lacal service and then they want want to give me "some refund".
I asked a few times, but they never said how much or what is "some refund".
That they have forgotten the Card-Reader, i never get a answer.
So I have lost my money and i have a not working Tablet-PC.

I assume nobody cares that much about the web site; the other comments are actually reviewing the company. I ordered a Y9300+ android cell phone; the cost was $63.67 complete (that price includes shipping). I waited 25 days, then contacted customer service. They claimed the shipment was lost, and that they were sending another. It arrived about 3 weeks later. The phone looks great; camera, fm radio, email, browsing, and wifi all work. But I can not get it to recognize my SIM (yet) so can not make calls. Also, something is wrong with the contacts app; it does not allow configuration of a google account, so easy sync with your google contacts is not possible.
