I paid for and android phablet on 6/10/13 and as at to date this item has not been shipped.

I have contacted the the support centre which was support to reply within the next 24 hrs, but this is not TRUE. I got a reply after 3 days claiming that the are still testing the product.

Unbelievable as it is I sent a second message asking when the item will be shipped but I GOT NO reply.

CUSTOMER CARE is very poor and they keep on buying time! I wonder if my product will be shipped!

Il mio primo ordine (uno smartphone) è arrivato dopo una ventina di giorni, nonostante abbia pagato la spedizione celere... fin'ora tutto bene. Ho fatto un secondo ordine per fare un regalo di compleanno a mio figlio, ordine n. D************** fatto in data 02 ottobre 2013 e dopo 10 giorni, risulta ancora in lavorazione.
Ho spedito varie mail, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. E questo mi fa dubitare sulla serietà dell'azienda a cui non farò nessun altro acquisto.
Entro mercoledì 15 10 2013 non mi danno il numero di spedizione, mi toccherà, mio malgrado, annullare l'ordine e chiedere la restituzione dei soldi a chi di dovuto.
A volte, non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere, ne stavo ordinando una decina per parenti ed amici, dopo che hanno visto il primo telefono acquistato, ma penso proprio che ci rivolgeremo ad altri siti piu' seri e più veloci.
CON QUESTI METODI, NON SI VA DA NESSUNA PARTE,... è UN CONSIGLIO PER L'AZIENDA, SE APPREZZATO.

I was originally skeptical of this site but have now ordered around 10 different times.
All my orders have been received before there estimated times. You can pay extra for different shipping methods but I prefer the cheapest means. I have dealt with customer service twice and for a busy company I am fully impressed how they treated me. My one order was sent missing a part and they responded and fixed the mistake immediately. FYI the order was 4.63$ but they treated me as if it was a $100 order.
I recommend this site to all my coworkers.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

This site is total garbage. Not only had they not sent my phone out in 10 days, but communicating with them about it was a nightmare. So shady. I cancelled my order, naturally, but that's a whole bunch of time wasted!

I am no longer a Ahappydeal customer. I was looking for a tablet for my son. Since it was going to be his first tablet and used for entertainment during long trips, I did not want to spend much on it so I purchased it from Ahappydeal. I did not expect it to last long time, however I did not expect it to break after only two weeks of a very, very gentle use. It started with occasional white lines on screen which turned into a "pulsating" white layer within days so it could not be used even with the best will. The charger also stopped charging about the same time - there was audible noise when plugged. Etc. However, that is not why I am not shopping there anymore - after all - it is expected to get what you pay for. The reason is they do not differentiate between return/ exchange because you do not like the item and return/exchange due to deffective item. I explained the situation to them and they first asked for proof of the defect. I sent them pictures of the screen. They offered to reimburse 20% of the fees I would pay to have it fixed localy which is a ridiculous offer as I was not going to spend more money on this item. They said that they will ship replacement unit after I return this one - which would have been just fine if they were going to pay for shipping - but they were not. The communication with them was goning on back and forth for a while until it became pointless. I still think that if they send a deffective item they should be responsible for replacing it without blackmailing customers. Both my son and I are very dissapointed. I will buy another tablet for him. It will be cheap one again because of his age and intended use, only this time I will buy it from Tmart instead - the same "quality" but they offer free shipping. All Ahappydeal had to do was send a replacement...

ahappydeal.com is one of the best online stores i has ever. A friend recomended this page, firstly i was afraid of it, but when i made my first order it changed. I have made a few more and i can say nothing bad of them, it is excellent.
The products are in the best quality i have ever thought.
Furthermor, the service is perfect, you can chat with them or you can mail with them in 24 hours about stock avility of product, your order status or any doubts you have.
Fortunately, i haven´t return any product and i can talk about return policy, but i have read about warranty and it looks quite good.
I hadn´t got any problem in buying and receiving my orders.

I've bought two cell phones from this site over the past 12 months and have been delighted with the quality of both. The latest Android phone is easily equal to the Samsung Gal. 3 at a fraction of the price - it easily takes a 'StraightTalk' sim - so I now have an up-to-date Android phone without an expensive contract. The touch screen on my latest Android is fantastic and far better than I thought it might be - most of the features of the phone are better than I thought they would be!
If there is a shortcoming with both phones, it's the quality of the Instruction Manual - it's so small as to be unreadable and is very superficial as well as not being in very good English. Notwithstanding that, anyone familiar with Android phones would not have a problem following the menus on the phone for setup.
I note that some reviewers have had a problem with delivery times, but I haven't - both were delivered within the time frame I expected.
I'm sure that I'll be buying from AHappyDeal again!
