I ordered two android phones. One quit working in less than a month without dropping it. It wouldn't work one morning. I had trouble getting the network to work here in the states. I have since ordered another phone domestically and it works fine. Their return policy is they will pay 20% for cost of repair or your pay the shipping to exchange they never got back to me on a refund and I asked multiple times. If you live is the States it's a risk you have to know about. I'm going to get the one repaired and then sell the two here instead of trying to get my money back. It's was a risky venture and I wouldn't recommend buying a phone unless you do your research on what frequency your carrier runs with. Just spend the extra money and buy a phone domestically.

I have stopped using any local stores, I started ordering from china thru another site that truly was a rip off.

I found ahappydeal and that was the best site I have ever used. Please pay for the Expidited shipping that will solve most if not all problems.

I have ordered 10 phones 3 tablets and some car electronics even the two phones I had to return came back to me in less than 2 weeks!.

I'm Happy with all my AHappydeals, what are u people doing wrong on your end?>

After two months from my order still today I haven't got my items. The items are still in China as I can see from the tracking system I paid extra to get nothing. My order number is D************** and the tracking numbers are RB*******CN and RB*******CN. After communicating with no progress in my order status I finally yesterday two months later asked from paypal to solve the situation. First time experience worst than ever. My order was quite big for my standards (about 200euros) and it involved the birthday present of my 8 years old son that has passed with no present and also a birthday gift for my wife that was never given.

PS. October 24th. After asking for a full refund for an order never received, they responded with the following incredible answer.
"Dear Vangelis,

Thanks for your email.

I am sorry btu if you want a refund, may we can't refund the full money to you, becasue we ahve sne dout the order to you, and we lost the order to you, so the most we cab refund you is 150usd.

If you can accept, we will refund to you as soona s possible.

I placed the order on september 7, and got them within 5 days. But one problem, I have not got all the items, they told me that they need 3 days to restock the items. And finally they delivered them to me a little late. But I got them, and the quality is good. I like them. Good service!

I have purchased several items from ahappydeal.com and today is the 5 day, no item has been shipped.

They provided with a tracking number for the cheapest item and the tracking number is invalid.

I have written various times to their customer support but i received only one reply, stating that items are shipped between 4 to 7 days. This is not true when the items purchased provided shipping within 24hrs.

I really start to believe that there is something bogus with this site. I only want my items really shipped with true and accurate tracking number or my refund.

The absolute worst site i have ever used.My test order was late but it stll came ok, i made a fairly big order it never showed up, i emailed hem every single day for a month. I asked for a refund and he emailed me back saying it would take seen days to get a refund, after not seeing the refund after two weeks i finall called paypal(they never issued the refund!?) Really!?! How could paypal even do business with a company like this... SHAME ON YOU!. Listen. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!, I only wish they had a negative star rating system so i could give this company "NEGATIVE -5 STARS"

The phone still has not arrived, I sent more than 30 e mail only three times but no one answered they asked me the order number, the number I sent they told me to contact (support center ahappydeal.com) and that's fine, I sent e mail support center also told me to look on the website (17track Global international) on this site my number is not registered in the shipment write between 12 and 30 working days, Sorry guys I do not want to be ignorant but the stuff you need to ship to people, take your pick or cell phone have the money this is my code: RB*******CN

I have used A Happy Deal for Cell phones products. I am very happy with the items I have received. Their prices are very good, usually I pick the Flat Rate Shipping item which takes around 15 days to the Latvia! The customer service is perfect! I will definately use them again

Take your worst customer experience in the US - multiply it by 10 and you have aHappyDeal. Not so much because they are rude or a scam - I think they just do not know what the heck they are doing. Orders placed that say Shipped in 24 Hrs take 3 weeks and counting. Replies for questions do get responded but come back with 1 of 3 stock answers - 1. Testing 2. QC 3. Be Patient. To be fair - I did cancel an order because it was taking too long due to testing and QC and I was tired of being patient and my money was refunded to Pay Pal maybe 3 hours after I cancelled the order. So good news there. If you are expecting an Amazon or Walmart shopping experience - this is not going to be it.

I ordered an Android tablet on the 13th of September 2013 as a small gift for my partner.
The reviews were great and I was looking forward to receiving it.
It is now a month later and I still don' have it( MORE FOOL ME!).
I contacted customer services and received a reply four days later to tell me to be patient. PATIENT! Who waits that long?!?
I would be quicker walking to China to collect it.
From tracking the item it has sat at PEK airport since 30th of September, are the staff there wasting their working hours playing with our Tablet?!?! I dont understand the delay.
This is a shocking way to treat customers. The whole site is a total farce and I will NEVER purchase from you again. I will further inform all friends and family NEVER to purchase from you either.
