Compared to other portals, very convenient to book and reasonable pricing options. Difference of almost 150 USD. And user friendly site as well. Good Experience, will use this only goign forward

Pretty cool and very helpful. Even sometimes find lack information of room type, so should compare with another websites to find room you need. But the best deal is still here.

On 23rd December, managed to get the last room available on Xmas Day thanks to quick, simple booking procedure. Hotel information is easy to access and map is perfectly adequate for driving directions. Website responds quickly.

A very strategic located hotel if you arrive Medan Town by train.
Having good experience during my last 02 stays at the hotel.

VERY SATISFIED! AGAIN NOW BOOKING FOR FEB. 2016 ROOMS. PRICE ALREADY INCREASED. HOPE HOTEL WOULD GIVE SOME INCENTIVES FOR RETURNED CUSTOMERS.

First time using Agoda. Made a reservation 3 months before traveling. Few days before my trip Agoda sent an email demanding an image/copy of my credit card and photo ID or my booking will be cancelled. Because I was not open to send that info (it felt unsafe) y rather cancell and make a new reservation in an other website. I do not recommend using Agoda.

Easy to use and can collect points. Most importantly they always on sale!

Agoda makes it super easy to search and pay. I especially love being hooked into my PayPal account to pay! Good show! It would be so much better if you could narrow your search a bit more. For example, I am traveling with my son, I want to search for twin beds. Not an option. Also, I would like a room with a balcony. Not an option. Just a suggestion.
