Great site, found exactly what we were looking for and the no cancellation and pay later options suited us perfectly.

Agoda was recommended to me by a friend and this was my first time using the site. The prices were excellent and the site was easy to work. I made a mistake with one booking and was relieved to discover how smoothly the cancellation and refund procedure went.

Agoda is the only website my family and friends go to for booking of accommodations. We felt their services are good, reliable and the hotline service staff is so efficient in solving our issues.

The agoda, booking, and payment system is great. Sure beats trivago, which relays it to the hotel site which can be problematic at booking, and besides, it updates it in your app you can have on your handphone too. And the payment system never fails. Always able to do it smoothly, and convineintly

Agoda is one of the easiest websites to book a hotel anywhere in the world. I have used them multiple times & never had a problem.
It's important to read the "terms & conditions" so u don't book the wrong thing.

I have found that the Agoda website is very easy to access. It is very informative and contains all the necessary information for me to book online a hotel of my choice. All reviews are based on those who have had experiences with that particular hotel. I will go by the general opinion and will write a review should my views need to be expressed.

Agoda always seem to have great deals and after 80+ bookings over the past 3 years I have never had a problem. When I did phone to amend a booking their customer service was great and negotiated a great amended rate for me.

Used it for booking hotels in thailand. And found therates much cheaper than we would if we booked direct. This is in january 2016.
