Always use Agoda as the site is very user friendly and always good selection of hotels and good range of prices from low to expensive if that is your taste.

I have been searching for the best rates for the hotel I wished to book. Most of the sites gave great prices until you went to book and the VAT was added. With Agoda the total cost of the room was quoted with no little surprises at the end.

Happens to me cancel booking due to customer change plans on the last minute however agoda did refunds me even last minute inform. AGODA staff did really understand their customer very well and try to perform their best to serve us well... I do respect their decision too.
